As a company that has been in the villa construction for some years we realized from our experiences that developing a housing complex never finishes without a good working and stable site management. Therefore, we take care of the management of newly developed housing complexes until the owners are able to go on with that established system. Yaman Construction Co. gathers the management under these following main essences:

-Security
-General maintenance, repairs and technical assistance
-Main area’s gardening services (watering, planting etc.)
-Main area’s cleaning and garbage collecting out of site

Our management personnel will be composed of 3 groups, namely the chief, security and technical/gardener. The number of these management groups will be determined by Yaman Construction Co. on the basis of the size, geography, emergency needs and technical equipment needs of the housing complex. This management would be the strongest connection between the owners and Yaman-Construction Co. itself while setting up a great problem-solving environment for people who are quite unfamiliar with Turkey and its different systems. Again, we can assure that Yaman Group looks after their clients after the sale.

The monthly fee for the management of the housing complex will be agreed upon after the determination of the management group and the quantities of technical equipment.

As many know a second or a third house in Turkey is generally used during the summer season and after the house will be closed for several months without any care or upkeep. Many companies give fake guarantees to sell their house like renting your house in the winter season and giving the impression your house is used as an investment item. We on the other hand offer something more realistic: housekeeping of your house according to your requests besides the regular monthly service.

Our company will provide you with a “request form” before you leave your house for some time. In this request form there will be some general questions depending on your house’s technical health and also a blank part where you can fill out for anything you want to be taken care of. After we observe the request form and your house, we will offer you a deal with the payment for your request. If both sides agree on this deal, we will repair or renew the parts you want step by step while INFORMING YOU FROM THE INTERNET.

Yaman-Group also provides online-based system for its customers to make sure that their houses are in good hands. Our company created this online system to inform you that your house’s regular monthly service is done, your requested housekeeping services are finished / in progress and your house is secure when you are away from your house.
You will be given a username and a password in the stage of your purchase for your house. These are assigned to your house’s code number and you can check for example, the roof repair’s progress if it is finished or not started which has assigned for your house. (Also, we are planning to take photos of your houses every month and upload it to your online section.) You can change your password and your username anytime you want but you can only have ONE username and password for each house. This system is designed to make stronger bonds between customers and our company for more trust, better service and valuable satisfaction.
