Brief history of Yaman Group of Companies:

Sefik Yaman who is the son of the first Mayor of Kusadasi is the chief of board of directors. As Yaman Group we have experiences on different part of business sectors like tourism, construction and retail. Group has started one of the first retail chains in Turkey in 1970’s with the name ‘19 Mayis Shops’.  
In 1980’s 19 mayis shops chain was sold and the group focused on textiles with the Izmirli Kurk Sarayi retail shops. In the following years Izmirli Kurk Sarayi became the best shops in their sectors. Yaman Group then realised the boost in tourism sector. In Yaman Group Construction and consultancy started to build the Adakule Hotel in 1989 and finished in 1990, which is still the one of the famous five-star hotels and landmarks in Kusadasi. Scala Hotel (Isle of Cunda in Ayvalik) was the next development and let out to a management company since its completion in 1996. More construction projects followed…

Yaman Construction and Consulting Company:

 After the textile, retailing and tourism, Yaman Group grow up day after day in construction. Yaman Construction started with apartment constructions in Izmir and Ankara. Great successes in these development projects lead the company to construct villas in Istanbul with the unique Bosporus views. Company then concentrated on the Mediterranean and Agean sea costal projects: summer house complexes in Kusadasi, Bodrum and Ayvalik. Our company developed Ruya Villas with the outstanding architectural style for the virginity of Kusadasi in those days. Then we constructed five-star Adakule hotel which is still one of the most fascinating hotels in Kusadasi with its ottoman-style architecture.

Kasim Yaman Apartment in Izmir city centre was the next development with 9 seaview luxury apartments at this majopr city of Turkey.
Company started the prestigious Alize’ e Villas project in Kusadasi in 2005. This 25 villas projects were completed in May 2007.
Group has started renovating Scala hotel as individual waterfront villas. These are now on sale from Yaman Group Construction and Consultancy.
Yaman Construction and Consulting Company now planning a project of 113 units in Davutlar region of Kusadasi close to Alize’e villas. Project will be developed around its thermal water spring feature.
